GSF has always been at the forefront of community welfare activities in Singapore and other countries where its campuses are located.
From ensuring sustainability across GSF schools to taking steps to protect the environment and communities to engaging in charity projects, our students and staff are always ready to support people’s wellbeing.
Donations that Mattered to Many
GSF ensures that everyone gets the support they need in times of crises, and its CSR activities are perfectly geared to extend a hand of help to those in need.
Donation to SINDA
GSF has donated a generous amount of S$1.25 million to the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) to support curriculum development and to fund tuition programmes and education of learners from low-income families.
Contributions to the Citizens Consultative Committees (CCC) Fund
During the Covid times, GSF has made a contribution of S$250K to Citizens Consultative Committees (CCC) of six constituencies in Singapore to support community welfare and development.
A Glimpse into the CSR Activities Undertaken by GSF
We make substantial donations to promote social causes and public welfare in communities in Singapore. A non-profit organisation, GSF’s CSR activities are designed to:
Organise fundraisers to support the educational needs of children from impoverished communities
Set up donation campaigns for money, clothes, books and food
Inculcate a sense of universal brotherhood in our students
Encourage students to take part in activities that allow them to become familiar with local communities and support them in times of need

Community Engagement
We organise sports events, charity runs, nature trails and recycling initiatives to encourage students and parents to commit time and resources towards promoting sustainability.
Collaborations
We often collaborate with other foundations and non-profit organisations to jointly promote the causes of environment, charity and sustainability.
CSAT Surveys
We regularly conduct Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys to understand key areas of concern so that we can deliver desired experiences through improvements.
Staff Welfare
Dedicated to fostering a positive work culture, we deploy appropriate programmes to boost employee morale and productivity, to promote upskilling and to reduce attrition.
Safety
We ensure a safe and healthy environment at our schools,, and have deployed occupational health and safety management systems. Our schools are either ISO 45001 certified or are in the process of achieving it.
Staff Healthcare Camps
We organise staff healthcare camps from time to time to ensure that we carefully address the physical and mental health issues that our staff might need help with.
Training and Development
We regularly train our academic staff on the best practices of teaching and learning; our internal training platforms can also be utilised by our staff for self-learning.
Corporate Governance
Our executive leadership team takes all possible measures to ensure transparency and fulfilment of obligations towards community welfare.

Our schools are located in multiple geographies, and we strive to foster equitable and inclusive learning environments across our schools.
Respect for Human Rights
Besides having a Code of Conduct in place, we also have different committees that work towards ensuring acceptable behaviour and adherence to ethical standards at the workplace.
Personal Data Protection
We abide by the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and have also implemented a privacy policy, firewall policy and information sensitivity and security policy.

Not only do we perform audits and reviews of processes at our schools, we also follow a culture of continuous quality improvement; ISO 9001, ISO 21001 and ISO 45001 testify our commitment in this regard.
